در بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب به صراحت نقش رسانه ها بزرگنمایی شده و مخصوصا به دیپلماسی رسانه ای اشاره ای قوی داشته اند. ولی وزارت خارجه ایران هنوز به درک درستی از بیانات نرسیده اند. بسیاری از موضعگیری ها و بیانات پس از بیانات ایشان است یعنی وزارت فهم راهبردی ندارد که از پیش وظایف خود را انجام دهد تا مورد خطاب واقع نشود. زیرا از ابتدای انقلاب همیشه دو فاز عقب بوده است.در دوران ولایتی تا سالها سفیران زمان شاه حضور داشتند و حتی پرچم را هم عوض نکرده بودند مخصوصا در سفارتخانه های ایران در اسپانیا و اروپا و آمریکا. در زمان مهندس موسوی هم نمایندگیها در سازمان ملل یا همگی و یا اغلب کارکنان سابق بودند. با اینکه بنده نیروی شصت نفره دانشجویی تازه نفس به مهندس موسوی معرفی کردم تا اتاق رمز ها را حد اقل پاک کند، ولی به این افراد اعتماد نشد و رمز ها در دست قبلی ها باقی ماند. حتی به اقازاده آن موقع تذکر دادم که کارمندان سابق هنوز با کراوات رفت و آمد می کنند گفت عیبی ندارد. این عقب ماندگی در مذاکرات قطعنامه ۵۹۸ چنان کوبنده بود که امام خمینی آن را بعنوان جام زهر یاد کرد که اثر خود را هم بلافاصله گذاشت و در سال بعد امام در اثر همین جرارحات رحلت کردند. در برجام اوضاع از این بدتر بود توصیه های رهبری آنلاین! شده بود یعنی انقدر انها فرمان را اشتباه می چرخاندند که لازم بود لحظه ای غافل نشود. حتی یادم هست یکی از وزرای خارجه گفت: ما اصلا دلیلی نداریم که توضیح بدهیم! چون اصلا داخل کاری نداریم و به حمایت مردم هم احتیاجی نیست. اکنون نیز به همین شکل است! با اینکه موضع روشن است و به قول آقای خطیب زاده، مذاکرات احیای برجام فقط بر مبنای باز گشت آمریکا به برجام است، ولی انها دارند راجع به همه چیز و همه کس مذاکره می کنند چون دستور جلسه. آمریکا خودش از برجام رفته و باید خودش هم برگردد. همان ساز خروج برای ورود هم لازم است یعنی فقط یک امضای رئیس جمهور کافی است. ولی معلوم نیست برای چه چیزی مذاکره می کنند! و تند تند هم به پایتخت ها برمی گردند. این یعنی که بجای پیشبرد مذاکرات در اندیشه عقب نشینی ایران از برجام هستند. یکی دیگر از اشتباهات وزارت خارجه که هنوز هم اصلا به آن فکر نمی کنند، دیپلماسی رسانه ای است. وقتی وزارت خارجه آمریکا پول کلانی هزینه می کند تا صدای آمریکا را برعلیه نظام ایران راه اندازی کند، کدام عقل قبول می کند که ما نسبت به آن عمل متقابل انجام ندهیم؟ ماهم باید صدای ایران را داشته باشیم و تبلیغات آنها را خنثی کنیم. زیرا وقتی جواب های، هوی است. مردم می بینند جوابی درکار نیست، فقط تک مضرابی سخنگو می زند، حداقل این است که فکر می کنند سخن پراکنی بنگاهها درست. و هنگامی که رهبری آن را لجن پراکنی می نامد هیچ کس نمی فهمد یعنی چه! چطور لجن پراکنی ها تا کنون بی جواب مانده است؟ فقط صدای آمریکا نیست بلکه وزرات خارجه انگلیس هم هزینه سنگینی برای بی بی سی می دهد تا لجن پراکنی کند. عربستان هم به اینترنشنال و اسرائیل هم به صدای اسرائیل و غیره هزینه های گزافی از ردیف بودجه وزارت خارجه می دهند.اما وزارت خارجه ایران نه تنها یک ریال خرج نمی کند بلکه اصلا به آن فکر نمی کند! و با وجود تاکیدات رهبری طی سالهای اخیر ، گوش خود را بسته نگهداشته است. وقتی از سخنگو هم علت آن جویا شدیم، با کمال صراحت تنبلی را توجیه کرد و گفت ما به دنبال آگاهی هستیم! آگاهی مگر جز رسانه ایجاد می شود؟ یا نمی دانند آگاهی چیست و یا نمی دانند رسانه چیست. مردم آمریکا اگر هر روز بشنوند: این صدای ایران است، صدای ما را از تهران می شنوید، آیا احساس امنیت و علاقه بیشتری نمی کنند؟
What does media diplomacy mean?

Saudi Arabia pays exorbitant costs to both the International and Israel, as well as to the Voice of Israel, etc., from the budget line of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. No solo la Voz de América, sino también el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores británico está pagando un alto precio para que la BBC difunda el fango. Arabia Saudita paga costos exorbitantes tanto a la Internacional como a Israel, así como a la Voz de Israel, etc., de la línea presupuestaria del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Y a pesar del énfasis de la dirección en los últimos años, ha mantenido los oídos cerrados. Cuando le preguntamos al orador por qué, justificó explícitamente la pereza y dijo que ¡estamos buscando conciencia! ¿Se crea la conciencia aparte de los medios de comunicación? O no saben lo que es la conciencia o no saben lo que son los medios. Si el pueblo estadounidense escucha todos los días: esta es la voz de Irán, escucha nuestra voz desde Teherán, ¿no se sienten más seguros e interesados?
