مدیریت غربی نوعی مدیریت بر اشیا است و انسان هم مانند بقیه ابزار و اشیا مورد ارزیابی و مدیریت قرار می گیرد. البته پایه گذارن علم مدیریت حد اقل این هنر را داشتند که انسان را گوریل باهوش بدانند. ولی مدیریت های فعلی مخصوصا آنهاییکه برای جهان سوم نوشته می شوند حتی این جسارت هم ندارند بلکه دقیقا با انسانی فیزیکی و قابل فرمولاسیون طرف هستند. بازاریابی این موضوع را بخوبی روشن می کند: هرچه تولید کنید مردم می خرند. فقط به شرط بازاریابی. یعنی رفتار انسان تابعی یک مجهولی وابسته به تبلیغات است. نتیجه این طرز تفکر ان است که می بینیم در دوقرن سکوت شرق، غربی ها هرچه خواستند، دوختند و به تن مردم کردند و هرچه خواستند تولید کردند و به مردم قالب نمودند . زیرا انسان الینه را هدفگذاری کرده بودند. انسانی که فکر نکند بلکه به او فکر را القا کنند، و هیچ رفتاری بجز رفتار یک مصرف کننده نداشته باشد. بعنوان مثال تولید سیگار به چه منظوری است؟ آیا گرسنگی را برطرف می کند یا انسان را الینه می کند؟ اگر سیگار تولید نشود کسی از گرسنگی می میرد؟ یا آدامس و شکلات، نوشابه و قهوه و کاپوچینو و غیره؟ سوسیس و کالباس که البته در میانه راه بود. زیرا کمی از گوشت در ان بود اما در مسیر گوشت را حذف کردند. و شاید آشغال گوشت یا لئبیا را جایگزین نمودند. اما بهر حال گرسنگی را بر طرف می کرد. در واقع مدیریت براشیا از آنجا شکل گرفت که به انسان دیدگاه ابزاری مسلط شد. یعنی هم خود انسان ابزار شد و هم با ابزار یکی شد. مثلا مارکسیسم تاریخ را به چهار مرحله تقسیم می کند نه به دلیل تفکرات و اختراعات، بلکه به دلیل تغییر ابزار. زمانی که ابزار او ساده بود عصر شکار بود. اما وقتی ابزاری بوجود آمد دوران برده داری یعنی قفل و بست کردن پای انسان و درقفس نگهداشتن او آغاز می شود. ودقیقا بجای شکار حیوان قبلی به شکار انسان رویکرد پیدا شد. بعد که گاو آهن آمد، عصر کشاورزی ولی این بار هم کشاورز ابزاری است که بر روی زمین خرید و فروش می شود. سپس دوران بورژوازی یا سرمایه داری که این بار مدیریت ظهوری عجیب دارد. مدیریت سرمایه است نه انسان. هزاران کارگر را فقط با دستمزد میتوان فریب داد. و از انها در تولید مواد مخدر، سلاحهای کشتار جمعی استفاده کرد. حتی اجزا بدن و یا خود انسان را مانند کالا خرید و فروخت. هم اکنون در جهان معاصر بالاترین سود آوری ها مربوط به این سه شغل است که افتخار مدیریت(بهره وری بالا) محسوب می شود. اما انقلاب اسلامی همه آنها را درهم ریخت، گرچه هنوز دانشمندان مدیریت ایران در حال بازسازی همانها هستند، ولی زلزله ایجاد شده این بود که انسان به مفهوم انسان مطرح شد. نه بعنوان حیوان ناطق یا همان گوریل وحشی. انسان موجودی غیر از حیوانات و اشیا هست. دارای کرامت و عزت نفس و هوش و ذکاوت و خلاقیت است. مهمترین عنصر هستی و باعث تحسین خالق ان(فتبارک الله احسن الخالقین) او دیگر اشیا نیست. نباید مانند کالا در ویترین ها بفروش برسد. بلکه باید هرجا خواست برود و هر کاری خواست بکند. آزادی انسان به این معنا است.(ان ارضی واسعه فتهاجروا فیها) ایجاد روادید یا گذرنامه و غیره یعنی محصور کردن انسان. ابزار تبلیغات نباید برای او خط مشی تعیین کند. و لذا در مدیریت اسلامی انسانها فقط یک مدیر دارند. آن هم خدا است. باید فقط از او بترسند و او را فرمانبرداری کنند. نه دیگران را.و خداوند که بشر را آفرید به اندازه یک دارو ساز می دانست که برایش بروشور هم طراحی کند و طریق مصرف را یادداشت کند. قران می گوید انسان ناقص است و با این روشها (دین داری)انسان کامل می شود

No como un animal parlante o un gorila salvaje. El hombre es una criatura distinta a los animales y los objetos. Tiene dignidad, autoestima, inteligencia, inteligencia y creatividad. El elemento más importante de la existencia y la causa de admiración por su Creador (que Dios lo bendiga y le conceda la paz) ya no son objetos. No debe venderse como una mercancía en los escaparates. Más bien, debe ir a donde quiera y hacer lo que quiera. Libertad humana significa en este sentido. Las herramientas publicitarias no deberían establecer una política para él. Por lo tanto, en la gestión islámica, los seres humanos tienen un solo administrador. Ese es Dios.
