از قدیم ایران مرکز پزشکی جهان بوده و هست و خواهد بود. چه از کتابهای بزرگمهر تا ابن سینا و چه پرستاران ایرانی در دوره کرونا. مهاجرت هزار پرستار به اروپا برای خنده نبود که بلکه اروپا به تجربیات آنها نیاز داشت. گردشگری سلامت گرچه موضوع را کمی خنده دار می کند ولی مردمی که به ایران می آیند برای خنده نیست بلکه برای رهایی از درد است که با ارزانترین بهای خدمات سلامت خود را باز می یابند و به اوطان خودشان برمی گردند. این تبادل پزشک نشان امپراتوری سلامت ایرانیان در مقابله با تمام علم پزشکی و سلامت غرب است. زیرا غرب ایرادی که دارد به بیسوادی خود اعتراف نمی کند. بلکه چرخ را دوباره اختراع می کند. راهی که هزاران سال ایرانیان در پزشکی و مدیریت جهانی و امپراتوری های مختلف رفته کنار می گذارند چون برایشان قابل درک نیست. راه ساده تر و بیسوادانه تر را انتخاب می کنند.بارها مثال زدم که نقاشی ایرانیان در فرش و کاشی و کاغذ و چرم قدمت و تجربه هزاران ساله دادر و تقلید از آن مشکل است. لذا آنها بجای شاگردی نزد ایرانیان و سرخم کردن در مقابل اساتید برجسته آن، به سراغ کوبیسم رفتند! که رنگ را بر روی بوم می پاشند و بعد به تفسیر ان می پردازند! در حالیکه مینیاتوری یا نقاشی و طراحی فرش و کاشی در ایران دیوانه کننده است. هزاران نقش تو در تو بدون کوچکترین اشتباه یا کمترین خطا در محاسبات ریاضی و هندسی. در پزشکی نیز سالها است که کتاب قانون ابن سینا اساس پزشکی جهان است و حتی انهاییکه انسیکلوپدیا و امثال آن را نوشتند فقط زبان عربی را به انگلیسی برمی گردانند. والا هیچ چیزی نمی توانند به آن اضافه کنند. زیرا انسان که تغییر نکرده همان دردها و همان آزمایشها است. و کسی که نورسیده است نمی تواند در برابر تجربیات چند هزار ساله حرفی داشته باشد مگر اینکه خود را به نفهمی بزند. اکنون نیز در دوران کرونا ثابت شد تنها پزشکی ایران میتواند دنیا را نجات دهد. از انطرف هم ما نیروهای بیکار پزشکی زیاد داریم.فارغ التحصیلانی که اعلام می کنند بیکار هستند. یا بخشی از فارغ التحصیلان پزشکی که به شغل های دیگر روی اورده اند. یا تعداد زیادی از انان حاضر نیستند دوران طرح خود را در مناطق محروم بگذرانند و از پایتخت دل بکنند. و خیلی ها هم در تهران به پاین تر از تجریش راضی نیستند. لذا تورم و بیکاری نیروی پزشکی و افزایش سالانه آنها از یکسو و نیاز مردم آمریکا و اروپا و دیگر نقاط جهان به این تخصص ها لازم است سیاست جدیدی اعمال شود. بجای مسخره کردن آنها و عنوان فرار مغزها بر آنان تعیین کردن. بهتر است دولت و وزارت بهداشت مجوز خدمت در کشورهای دیگر را هم مانند طرح خدمت سربازی یا مناطق محروم بگنجاند. و همه این خیل بیکاران و بی عاران را اجازه خروج یدهد یا آنها را اعزام به خارج کند. زیرا اعزام به خارج به معنی سنتی نیست. در قدیم میرفتند تا علم بیاموزند(یاد بگیرند) الان می روند تا علم بیاموزند!( آموزش دهند.) لذل هرکدام از انها سفیر امپراتوری سلامت ایرانیان هستند. و میتوانند پیشقراولان زندگی و حیات طیبه و سلامت جسمی و روانی برای جهانیان باشند. مگر در زلزله ترکیه کم خدمت کردند؟ و مگر فرقی بین مردم ترکیه با ایران هست؟ در عراق همینطور اصلا نمیتوان گفت این پزشک ایرانی یا عراقی است پزشک است و برای امپراتوری بزرگ ایران خدمت به همه آحاد جهانیان می کند زیرا طبق دستور دین و اسلام همه بشر از یک پدر و مادر هستند و تفاوتی باهم ندارند. و این درست نیست که تجریش تهران تورم پزشک باشد و روستاهای دور افتاده امپراتوری ایران در قاره آمریکا یا اسیا بدون پزشک باشند. صدور خدمات پزشکی علاوه بر بعد انسانی بعد اقتصادی هم دارد زیرا درامد آنها نیز از سوی مردم تامین می شود. پزشکی امپراتوری ایران بدنبال جیات طیبه و زیست بهتر است در حالیکه پزشکان دیگر از سینوحه و بقراط تا امروز بذنبال بیوتروریسم و کاهش جمعیت هستند.

While miniature or painting and designing carpets and tiles in Iran is crazy. Thousands of nested roles without the slightest mistake or error in mathematical and geometric calculations. In medicine, Ibn Sina’s law book has been the basis of world medicine for many years, and even those who wrote encyclopedias and the like only translate the Arabic language into English. They cannot add anything to it. Because a person who has not changed is the same pains and the same trials. And someone who is immature cannot have a say against thousands of years of experience unless he makes himself ignorant. Even now, in the Corona era, it has been proven that only Iranian medicine can save the world. On the other hand, we have many unemployed medical workers. Graduates who declare that they are unemployed. Or part of the medical graduates who have turned to other jobs. Or a large number of them are not willing to spend their time in deprived areas and miss the capital. And many people in Tehran are not satisfied with the performance. Therefore, inflation and unemployment of the medical force and their annual increase, on the one hand, and the need of the people of America, Europe and other parts of the world for these specialties, it is necessary to apply a new policy. Instead of making fun of them and assigning them the title of brain drain. It is better for the government and the Ministry of Health to include the permission to serve in other countries, such as military service or deprived areas. And he will allow all these unemployed and poor people to leave or send them abroad. Because sending abroad is not traditional. In the old days, they used to go to learn science, now they go to learn science! And they can be the pioneers of good life and physical and mental health for the world. Did they serve less in the Turkish earthquake? And is there a difference between the people of Turkey and Iran? In Iraq, it cannot be said that this doctor is Iranian or Iraqi, he is a doctor and he serves all the people of the world for the great empire of Iran, because according to the order of religion and Islam, all human beings are from the same parents and are not different from each other. And it is not true that Tehran’s Tajrish is a doctor and the remote villages of the Iranian empire in America or Asia are without doctors.
