آیا نیازی به مسکن وجود دارد

خوشبختانه یا بدبختانه براثر اصرار مسئولین روی مسائل اقتصادی و مالی تولید و مصرف هر چیزی در ایران ۶برابر متوسط دنیا است! یک مورد مسئله مسکن را بررسی می کنیم: یک برابر نیاز مسکن بصورت ویلا های دور دستی ساخته شده که سالانه یکماه یا یک هفته فقط مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد و جنگلها را به نابودی تهدید می کند. یک برابر دیگر نیاز مسکن هتل هاو مسافرخانه ها و مهمانپذیر ها مخصوصا در شهر های زیارتی و سیاحتی است. یک برابر مورد نیاز مسکن فقط در اختیار اتباع خارجی از جمله افغانی ها است. یک برابر نیاز مسکن (چهار میلیون پیش بینی شده!) در اختیاز واحد های تجاری است یعنی مسکونی است ولی در ان کار تجاری و اداری صورت می گیرد، چهار میلیون در اختیار تولید کنندگان زیر زمینی یا انبار کالا شده است. همین مقدار در خارج از کشور خریداری یا ساخته شده! همین مقدار خالی است و در اختیار بانکها است که می خواهند تبدیل به نقدینگی کنند! ۴میلیون ساخته شده که برای اجاره داده شود. چهار میلیون ساخته شده که توسط کار فرمایان و انبوه سازان برای افزایش قیمت پس انداز شده است. لذا می بینیم هیچ نیازی به مسکن نیست. در حالیکه دولت را مجبور کرده اند نزدیک به سه هزار همت از بانکها با سود ۴۰درصد برای مسکن اخذ کند. و به مردم بدهد بدون سود یا سود ۴درصد. برای محکمتر شدن این استدلال در مورد خوراک و پوشاک مردم ایران هم مثالی زده می شود: مسئولین فکر می کنند که گندم کم است! و اجازه واردات م دهند. در حالیکه ۸برابر نیاز اعلام شده گندم وجود دارد! اول سیلوهای کشور که برای مصرف یکسال پر شده است. دوم کامیونهایی که هنوز نوبتشان نشده و پول خواب ماشین می گیرند و برابر تمامی سیلوها هست زیرا سیلوها جا ندارد و آنها در صف نوبت هستند. برابر همسن مقدار در کشتی ها روی آب هست! که دموراژ می گیرند و چون اسکله ها و انبار گمرک پر است. بقدری کالای گندم و دیگر کالا در انبار گمرک می ماند که فاسد شود! و این یعنی سیلوها پر است، انبار گمرک جاندارد، رانندگان اعتصاب می کنند که چرا بارشان خالی نمی شود و بیمه ها کلافه هستند که چرا کشتی ها باید دموراژ بگیرند. یک مورد هم بارهای خریداری شده که کالای در راه محسوب می شود. مورد ششم گندم های تولید داخل است که در نوبت خرید است. مورد هفتم انبار گندم های بخش خصوصی است که پر از گندم است و مورد هشتم خانه هایی که انیارشان به اندازه یک فروشگاه و بخچالشان به اندازه یک مغازه جنس دارد. تعجب این است که مردم می گویند فقیرند و گرانی پدرشان را در اورده در حالیکه همگی مرض قند و چربی و اوره و فشار خون دارند. و بیمارستانها و آزمایشگاه از نوبت دادن به آنها عاجز هستند. و بعد می پرسند چه بخوریم که فشار خون پایین بیاید! یعنی نمی دانند که فشار خون و قند و چربی علامت پرخوری است. آمار های جهانی هم اعلام می کند که مصرف هر چیز در ایران ۶برابر یا سه برابر است. مصرف انرژی یا حاملهای آن مثل برق و آب و گاز که در اروپا برای ان گدایی می کنند! در ایران همیشه در بالاترین ظرفیت تولید است. میزان لوازم ارایش مصرفی نشان می دهد که مردم از مرحله نیاز فیزیکی عبور کرده و به آخرین مرحله هرم مازلو یعنی دیده شدن رسیده اند. در همین اغتشاشات جراحی بینی و جراحی زیبایی به بالاترین حد خود رسید که در دنیا بی سابقه است یعنی اغتشاشگران نه تنها شکم شان سیر بلکه آنقدر پول گرفته اند که نمی دانند کجا خرج کنند. و باید پرسید آیا خرج لباس آنها کمتر از حقوق کار یک کارمند است. کسی که کفش او به اندازه حقوق یکماه معلم است.

Is there a need for housing?

Fortunately or unfortunately, due to the authorities’ insistence on economic and financial issues, the production and consumption of anything in Iran is 6 times the world average! The same amount was bought or made abroad! This amount is empty and is available to banks who want to convert it into cash! 4 million built to be rented. Four million were made, saved by employers and mass builders to raise prices. Therefore, we see that there is no need for housing. While the government has been forced to collect nearly 3,000 loans from banks with 40% interest for housing. and give it to people without interest or 4% interest. To make this argument stronger, an example is given about the food and clothing of the Iranian people: the authorities think that wheat is scarce! and allow me to import. While there is 8 times the declared requirement of wheat! First, the country’s silos are filled for one year. Second, the trucks that haven’t had their turn yet and they get the car sleep money and it is equal to all the silos because there is no room for the silos and they are waiting in line. It is equal to the same amount in the ships on the water! which take demurrage and because the docks and customs warehouse are full. So much wheat and other goods remain in the customs warehouse that they spoil! And this means that the silos are full, the customs warehouse is full, the drivers are on strike because their cargo is not unloaded, and the insurance companies are confused because the ships have to demurrage. One item is the purchased loads which are considered goods on the way. The sixth item is domestically produced wheat, which is in the process of purchase. The seventh item is the wheat storehouse of the private sector, which is full of wheat, and the eighth item is the houses with the size of a store and the size of a shop. The surprise is that people say that they are poor and their fathers are expensive, while they all have diabetes, obesity, urea and blood pressure. And hospitals and laboratories are unable to give them appointments. And then they ask what to eat to lower blood pressure! That is, they do not know that blood pressure, sugar and fat are signs of overeating. Global statistics also state that the consumption of everything in Iran is 6 times or three times. Energy consumption or its carriers such as electricity, water and gas that are begging for it in Europe! In Iran, it is always at the highest production capacity. The amount of cosmetics used shows that people have passed the stage of physical need and have reached the last stage of Maslow’s pyramid, which is visibility. In this unrest, nose surgery and cosmetic surgery reached its highest level, which is unprecedented in the world, which means that the rioters are not only full, but they have taken so much money that they don’t know where to spend it. And it should be asked if the cost of their clothes is less than the salary of an employee. The one whose shoes are equal to a teacher’s salary for one month.
