برخلاف دیگر کشورهای جهان فقر و محرومیت در ایران نتیجه نداشتن شناسنامه یا فرار از احراز هویت است. چرا که دولت به اندازه کافی یارانه و کمک رسانی مالی دارد و بودجه کشور بشتر جنبه کمیته امدادی دارد تا عمرانی! و در همه زمینه ها به کمک مردم می شتابد و یارانه های مخفی بقدری زیاد است که کل بودجه را پئشش می دهد حتی استخدام در دولت جنبه کمک معیشتی دارد و الا دولت نیازی به اینهمه کارمند ندارد براساس بر آورد کارشناسی هر کارمند فقط یک ساعت کار مفید دارد ولی در مقابل چندین نوع دریافتی رسمی و غیر رسمی و محرمانه و سری دارد! حداقل دو میلیون نفر حقوق های فراقانونی یا به اضطلاح حقوق های کهکشانی می گیرند. که خود این امر به توزیع ثروت کمک می کند یعنی کسانی که حقوق های بالا می گیرند خرید کالاها را بیشتر انجام می دهند و به ساخت و ساز ویلا و خانه کمک می کنند و نهایتا دستمزد نوکر و کلفت داده اشتغال ایجاد می نمایند. لذا کسانی که از این دایره خارج هستند فقط کسانی هستند که هویت ندارند. بخش اعظم آنها اتباع بیگانه هستند که باز بخش اعظم این اتباع غیرقانونی و قاچاق وارد شدند لذا هیچ انگیزه ای برای دزیافت شناسنامه و مدارک هویتی ندارند لذا شامل هیچ نوع بودجه ای نمی شوند. اما موثرترین قشر برای بدنام کردن جمهوری اسلامی هستند. مثلا یک کودک بسیار خردسالی در کنار مترو قلهک رها شده که توجه و ترحم همه را جلب می کند و کمک های بالایی می گیرد ولی هرکس هم کمک می کند یک فحش به مسئولین می دهد! و می گوید مسئولین حقوق های نجومی می گیرند و مردم اینطور در فقر هستند! ئ کشش دولت یا نهاد های مدنی برای جلوگیری از ان به جایی نمی رسد و این نشان می دهد سازمان متکدیان بسیار مخوف تر از سازمان های دولتی هستند. ودولت حریف این باندها نمی شود باند قاچاق انسان مافوق قدرت دولت است تا جاییکه سالها این گدایان بدون هیچ مزاحمتی کودکان را برای جمع آوری زباله و گدایی هدایت می کنند و بخش اعظم آنها هم جاسوس هستند و برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از سطح شهرها گمارده شده اند و در امد اصلا برایشان مهم نیست! ولی از نظر رفت و آمد و تغذیه کاملا در رفاه و مورد حمایت باندها هستند. بنابر این گدایی و زباله گردی یک امر جاسوسی است و زوشی است که همه سازمان های اطلاعاتی از قدیم الایام استفاده می کردند. بسیاری از ترور ها زیر پوشش فقر است و بسیاری از ماموران در لباس گدایی به تعقیب و مراقبت می پردازند. فقط دو مولفه در ایران اضافه ار است اول منحرف کردن ذهن مسئولین دوم بدنام کردن مستولین. منحرف کردن به این شکل است که مسئولین آن را با کشورهای دیگر مقایسه می کنند و فکر می کنند زباله گرد ها یا گداها واقعا محتاج هستند و لذا بر سر دلسوزی همه یارانه ها را اضافه می کنند! در حالیکه اینها به یارانه مرتبط نمی شود زیرا هویت آنها باید مخفی بماند. مهمتر اینکه الان تعداد نهاد های کمک رسانی از تعداد فقرا بیشتر است یعنی هر محله هر فامیل هر مسجد و هر هیات دارای واحد حمایت از فقرا هستند. ئ دولت هم که همه وزارت خانه ها را تبدیل به کمیته امداد کرده است. وزارت نفت مامور است هرجا واحدی دارد خیابانهای مردم را اسفالت کند! برای انها بیمارستان بسازد همینطور وزارت صمت و دیگران چه رسد به وزرات رفاه و وزارت ارشاد و نهاد های کمیته امداد و بهزیستی و غیره! لذا یکی دیگر از وظایف باند آدم فروش، حیف و میل کردن بودجه برای جلوگیری از ابادانی ایران است یعنی بودجه کل کشور زیر تبلیغات آنها از عمرانی به جاری شیفت می کند. همه کارمندان براساس دلسوزی استخدام می شوند و باز هم اعترا ض می کنند

Y el gobierno no se vuelve opositor de estas bandas, la banda de traficantes de personas es superior al poder del gobierno en la medida en que estos mendigos llevan años llevando a los niños a recoger basura y mendigar sin ningún tipo de molestia, y la mayoría son espías y han sido asignados para recopilar información de las ciudades ¡Y los ingresos no son importantes para ellos! Pero en términos de transporte y alimentación, están completamente acomodados y apoyados por las pandillas.
