چهل سال است که جهش تولید ایجاد شده! از همان زمان که امام خمینی فرمود بروید: گندم بکارید و جهاد سازندگی بوجود آمد، و به جهاد کشاورزی تبدیل شد. یا در جبهه ها موشک های اولیه و زیر دریایی و پهباد، توسط مهندس چمران آغاز شد. ولی هیچکس آن را باور نمی کند، نه مردم و نه مسئولین. فقط به یک دلیل ساده که: آن را احساس نمی کنند! حالا باید دنبال این بود که چرا در زندگی مردم تاثیر ندارد؟ یا اجناس ارزان نمی شود، و تورم از بین نمی رود. همه مردم و مسئولین می دانند که این تقصیر، به گردن دلال بازی و سفته بازی و واسطه گری است. حالا چرا تولید را مقصز میدانند، داستان فجیعی دارد: به قول شاعر: گنه کرد در بلخ آهنگری، به شوشتر زدند گردن مسگری! گناه به گردن توزیع است، ولی همه گردن تولید را با گیوتین می زنند. از همان ابتدای انقلاب، مسئولین داد می زدند که انبارها پر است، هیچ کمبودی وجود ندارد، الان هم معاون اول برای صدمین بار، تکرار کرده و وزیر صمت برای هزارمین بار گفته، ولی چرا با اینهمه فراوانی، ارزانی در کار نیست| ضمن اینکه فراوانی، خود مانع بزرگی برای تولید شده و باعث ریزش تولید شده! تحلیل عملکردهای چهل سال فراوانی، نشان می دهد که هم دولت و هم بخش خصوصی، با احتکار یا معدوم کردن اجناس، مانع ارزان شدن آن می شوند: یعنی توزیع مشکل دارد. فراوانی کالا مردم باید بگویند نه مسئولین! البته به معنی این نیست، که مسئولین دروغ می گویند! واقعا فراوانی هم هست: همه انبارها پر است، کامیوونها در پشت مرزها به صف هستند، کشتی ها ماهانه یا سالانه نوبت تخلیه می گیرند. بعلاوه کالاهای خریداری شده که : بار کشتی یا هواپیما یا کامیون نشده! صدقات و کمک هایی که کشورهای دیگر می فرستند، گدایی های بین المللی که انجام می شود. از ان بالاتر تولیداتی که در کارخانه ها مانده، یا در زمین کشاورزی در حال از پوسیدن است. بازار اشباع کرده و نبودن مشتری و کساد بازار، مانع تولید شده و کارخانه ها را به تعطلی کشانده. چرا؟ چون همه تولیدات در شبکه توزیع دولتی می رود، و کارخانه ها یا کشاورزان نمی توانند بفروشند. دولت هم آنها را در انبارها و سیلوها نگهمیدارد، تا بپوسند مبادا نرخ بشکند. معدوم کردن جوجه های یک روزه، میلیون ها تن میوه های پوسیده، به همین دلیل است.. حتی برای محصولات استراتژیک، قیمت هایی تعیین می کند که یکصدم بازار های جهانی است، جلوی صادرات را هم می گیرند، و اگر کسی اعتراض کند: واردات را شروع می کند. وقتی دولت این کارها را می کند (البته به بهانه تامین کسری بودجه، با ذخیره احتیاطی) بخش خصوصی که جای خود دارد. سعدی: اگـر ز باغ رعیت ملک خـورد سیبی، بر آورنـد غلامان او درخت از بیخ. وقتی دولت کالاهای انبار شده را، به رخ مردم می کشد ولی به آنها نمی دهد، دلال ها و سفته باز ها هم، کاری می کنند که سیب را از باغ دار، به یکصدم قیمت می خرند، دهها برابر به مردم می فروشند. تنها راه حل آن است که دولت، هیچ چیزی را انبار نکند! بلکه مردم بخرند و انبار کنند. بهانه استراتژیک و قلان را بگذارد: برای بعد از ارزانی. امام صادق ع وقتی فهمید گندم کم شده، دستور داد همه گندم های موجود خود را رایگان بین مردم پخش کنند. اگر دولت می بیند گرانی است، در انبار ها را باز کند، والا مردم در آن انبارها را باز می کنند! وقتی می شنیدیم که در امریکا، گندم را به دریا می ریزند، تا قیمت آن در بورس کاهش نیابد، سرمایه داری ذاتا ضد بشر است، ولی دولت اسلامی که نباید این کار را بکند. روش حضرت علی هم این بود: تا خرانه را خالی نمی کرد، به منزل نمی رفت. این بنی امیه بودند که انبار و ذخیره را آغاز کردند. مانند کاشتن صندوق صدقات در خیابانها که یعنی: بعد از چهل سال، هنوز هم مملکت با صدقه اداره می شود چه صدقه داخلی! و چه صدقات خارجی ها.
Why don’t the people and the authorities believe in the production leap?

Since the beginning of the revolution, officials have been saying that the warehouses are full, there is no shortage, now the first deputy has repeated for the hundredth time, and the minister has said for the thousandth time, but why is there so much cheapness? In addition to being abundant, it is a major obstacle to production itself and a productive failure! The analysis of the forty years’ performance shows that both the government and the private sector are preventing it from being cheap by hoarding or destroying goods: that is, it has a difficult distribution. The abundance of goods people have to say no to the authorities! Of course, this does not mean that the authorities are lying! There is really a lot to be done: all the warehouses are full, the trucks are queued behind the borders, the ships are emptied monthly or yearly. In addition to goods purchased: cargo or ship or aircraft or truck! The donations and assistance that other countries send, international begging that is done. Above all, crops that are left behind in factories or on agricultural land are decaying. The saturated market and the lack of customers and the slowdown in the market hampered production and shut down factories. Why? Because all production goes to the state distribution network, no factories or farmers can sell it. The government also keeps them in warehouses and silos, so as not to break rates. That is why destroying one-day-old chickens, millions of tonnes of rotten fruit, is why. Even for strategic products, prices are set to be one-hundredth of the global market, they also prevent exports, and if anyone protests: Starts importing. When the government does this (albeit under the pretext of deficits, with cautious reserve) the private sector is in place. لماذا لا یؤمن الناس والسلطات بقفزه الإنتاج؟
لقد کانت قفزه التصنیع لأربعین سنه! انطلق من وقت قال الإمام الخمینی: قمح القمح وکان هناک جهاد بناء ، وأصبح جهادًا زراعیًا. أو على الجبهه ، أطلق المهندس قمران قاذفه الصواریخ والغواصات والطائرات بدون طیار. لکن لا أحد یصدق ذلک ، لا الشعب ولا السلطات. لسبب واحد بسیط: لا تشعر به! الآن نحن بحاجه إلى النظر فی سبب عدم تأثیره على حیاه الناس. أو أن البضائع لیست رخیصه ، والتضخم لا یزول. کل الناس والسلطات یعرفون أن هذا خطأ الوسیط والمضارب والوسیط. الآن ، لماذا یسمون الإنتاج فضیحه ، لها قصه غریبه: وفقًا للشاعر: الأکراد فی بلخ مزورون ، ضربوا Shushtar بقلاده! یتم توزیع الشعور بالذنب على الرقبه ، ولکن کل شخص مقید بالإنتاج. منذ بدایه الثوره ، کان المسؤولون یقولون أن المخازن ممتلئه ، ولا یوجد نقص ، والآن تکرر النائب الأول للمره المائه ، وقد قال الوزیر للمره الألف ، ولکن لماذا هناک الکثیر من الرخص؟ بالإضافه إلى کونها وفیره ، فهی عقبه رئیسیه أمام الإنتاج نفسه وفشل إنتاجی! یظهر تحلیل أداء الأربعین عامًا أن کلا من الحکومه والقطاع الخاص یمنعها من أن تکون رخیصه من خلال تکدیس أو تدمیر السلع: أی أن توزیعها صعب. وفره البضائع التی یجب أن یقولها الناس للسلطات! طبعا هذا لا یعنی أن السلطات تکذب! هناک بالفعل الکثیر الذی یجب القیام به: جمیع المستودعات ممتلئه ، والشاحنات مصطفه خلف الحدود ، ویتم تفریغ السفن شهریًا أو سنویًا. بالإضافه إلى البضاعه المشتراه: بضاعه أو سفینه أو طائره أو شاحنه! التبرعات والمساعدات التی ترسلها الدول الأخرى یتم التسول الدولی. وفوق کل ذلک ، تتدهور المحاصیل التی تُرکت فی المصانع أو فی الأراضی الزراعیه. السوق المشبعه ونقص العملاء والتباطؤ فی السوق أعاقا الإنتاج وأغلق المصانع. لماذا؟ لأن کل الإنتاج یذهب إلى شبکه التوزیع الحکومیه ، لا یمکن للمصانع أو المزارعین بیعها. کما تحتفظ الحکومه بهم فی المستودعات والصوامع ، حتى لا تکسر أسعار الفائده. هذا هو السبب فی تدمیر الدجاج الذی یبلغ من العمر یوم واحد ، الملایین من أطنان الفاکهه المتعفنه ، ولهذا السبب ، حتى بالنسبه للمنتجات الاستراتیجیه ، من المقرر أن تکون الأسعار مائه من السوق العالمیه ، کما أنها تمنع الصادرات ، وإذا احتج أی شخص: یبدأ الاستیراد. عندما تفعل الحکومه ذلک (وإن کان ذلک بحجه العجز ، مع احتیاطی حذر) یکون القطاع الخاص فی مکانه الصحیح. السعدی: إذا کان بستان التفاح مالکًا للعبید ، فإن عبیده سیخرجون شجره من الأرض. عندما تقتل الحکومه الناس لکنها لا تمنحهم بضائع مخزنه ، فإن السماسره والمضاربین یشترون أیضًا التفاح من البستان بسعر مائه ، ویبیعونه عشرات المرات. الحل الوحید هو ألا تقوم الحکومه بتخزین أی شیء! بدلا من الناس شراء وتخزین. أعط عذرًا استراتیجیًا وقلمًا: للرخیصه التالیه. عندما علم الإمام الصادق أن القمح قد سقط ، أمر بتوزیع القمح المتاح مجاناً على الناس. إذا وجدت الحکومه أنها باهظه الثمن ، افتحها فی المستودعات ، أو سیفتحها الناس! عندما نسمع أنه فی الولایات المتحده ، یُلقى القمح فی البحر ، حتى لا ینخفض سعر سهمه ، فالرأسمالیه غیر إنسانیه بطبیعتها ، ولکن لا یجب على الدوله الإسلامیه ذلک. کان منهج النبی علی کالتالی: لن یذهب إلى بیته حتى یترک فارغاً. کان الأمویون هم الذین بدأوا المخزن والتخزین. مثل زرع مؤسسه خیریه فی الشوارع مما یعنی: بعد أربعین سنه ، لا تزال الدوله محکومه بالصدقه. یا لها من جمعیه خیریه محلیه! وماذا عن الأجانب.

Depuis le début de la révolution, les responsables disent que les entrepôts sont pleins, il n’y a pas de pénurie, maintenant le premier député a répété pour la centième fois, et le ministre l’a dit pour la millième fois, mais pourquoi y a-t-il tant de bon marché? En plus d’être abondant, c’est un obstacle majeur à la production elle-même et un échec productif! L’analyse des performances sur quarante ans montre que tant le gouvernement que le secteur privé l’empêchent d’être bon marché en thésaurisant ou en détruisant des marchandises: c’est-à-dire qu’il a une distribution difficile. L’abondance de biens, les gens doivent dire non aux autorités! Bien sûr, cela ne signifie pas que les autorités mentent! Il y a vraiment beaucoup à faire: tous les entrepôts sont pleins, les camions font la queue derrière les frontières, les navires sont vidés mensuellement ou annuellement. En plus des biens achetés: cargo ou bateau ou avion ou camion! Les dons et l’aide que d’autres pays envoient, la mendicité internationale qui se fait. Surtout, les récoltes laissées dans les usines ou sur les terres agricoles se dégradent. Le marché saturé, le manque de clients et le ralentissement du marché ont entravé la production et fermé les usines. Pourquoi? Parce que toute la production va au réseau de distribution de l’État, aucune usine ou fermier ne peut la vendre. Le gouvernement les garde également dans des entrepôts et des silos, afin de ne pas casser les tarifs. C’est pourquoi détruire des poulets d’un jour, des millions de tonnes de fruits pourris, c’est pourquoi. Lance l’importation. Lorsque le gouvernement fait cela (bien que sous prétexte de déficits, avec une réserve prudente), le secteur privé est en place.
