بازار رسمی و دست دوم

به علت استفاده از سیستم بازار مدرنیته توسط دولت، مردم بسوی بازار غیر رسمی گرایش یافته و اکنون بازار غیر رسمی نه تنها تولید و توزیع به حد اسباع شده بلکه در حال تصرف سهم بازار رسمی و دولتی هم هست. تصرف و برتری بازار غیر رسمی در ایران را قاچاق کالا یاخدمات می دانند و بازار رسمی از طریق ستاد قاچاق کالا با آن مبارزه می کند ولی قادر به کنترل آن نیست. لذا دوگانه تولید و مصرف در بازار های رسمی و دولتی با بازار های غیر رسمی  به نفع غیر رسمی در حال افزایش است. مثلا گمرک ایران اعلام می کند که پوشاک وارداتی از ترکیه فقط یک میلیارد دلار است. ولی اردوغان یا ترکیه اعلام می کنند ۱۵میلیارد دلار پوشاک به ایران صادر کرده اند. یعنی ۱۴میلیارد دلار بصورت مخفیانه و به دور از چشم دولت پوشاک از ترکیه وارد ایران شده و بیعتا معادل آن هم دلار از ایران (مخفیانه ) خارج گردیده است. در مورد صادرات هم به همین شکل است. براساس اعلام سازمان غذا و دارو صادرات دارویی ایران به افغانستان بشدت کاهش یافته! و سهم بازار ایران در افغانستان از ۶۰درصد به ده درصد رسیده است. بعد ریس سازمان دلیل آن را هم اعلام می کند! چون مرز نشینان همین دارو را با یک دهم قیمت به افغانستان قاچاق می کنند! این حرکت به معنی اشباع تولید در بازار رسمی و حتی غیر رسمی است. یعنی مسئولین دچار اشتباه بتا شده اند. برایر روشنتر شدن موضوع باید دانست که در امار و منحنی نرمال ۵درصد های گوشه ای را اشتباه آلفا و بتا می نامند. مثلا اگر معلمی  سختگیری کند اشتباه آلفا را مرتکب می شود. یعنی باعث می شود برخی از شاگردان که از ادامه تحصیل باز بمانند. و اگر آسان بگیرد اشتباه بتا را مرتکب شده یعنی باعث شده برخی ها که شایستگی ندارند ارتقا پیدا کنند. در تولید نیز اگر از مرحله نرمال عبور کنیم، اشتباه بتا یعنی قاچاق را دامن می زنیم. و لذا شما می بینید تاکید زیاد بر تولید، باعث شده که ۸هزار مجوز ماکارونی صادر شود که بعلت نداشتن بازار مسکوت بماند.و ۸هزار مجوز قبلی هم به قاچاق روی آورند. یعنی امکانات و سوبسید های تولید را از دولت دریافت کنند و آن را ارزانتر از نرخ بازار به کشورهای همسایه قاچاق نمایند. معمولا در مقابل قاچاق کالا هم دلار دریافت می کنند. یعنی بالا رفتن قیمت دلار معلوم می شود قاچاق معکوس بیشتر است. یعنی دشمن سعی دارد به هر طریق شده خزانه را خالی از دلار بکند. لذا هرچه در نیما بیشتر عرضه می گردد قیمت دلار هم بالاتر می رود تا همه را جارو کند. و این امر در بازار پولی و مالی به معنی افزایش نقدینگی است. که به کمک دولت رفته و کسری بودجه را تامین می نماید. زیرا عرضه دلار از ۴۲۰۰به ۱۹۰۰۰بطور رسمی افزایش یافته است و مازاد آن به جیب دولت میرود چون عرضه اصلی دلار توسط دولت صورت می گیرد. دولت نیز همه را بابت بدهی بهره و ربا به بانکها پرداخت می کند! از این رو کسری بودجه همچنان باقی می ماند زیرا در کار حرام و محاربه با خدا وارد شده و برکت پول دولت از بین می رود. از این رو مردم هم ناراضی می شوند. علت نارضایتی مردم هم درخواست یارانه بیشتر استو چه بصورت حقوق و چه بصورت نقدی. زیرا حقوق پرداختی دولت هم حرام است. به کارمندی که یک ساعت در روز بیشتر کار نمی کند حقوق کامل می دهد. و درواقع استخدامهای دولتی حالت کمیته امداد دارد. لذا استخدام ها بیشتر سفارشی و از بین خود سیستم دولتی انجام می گیرد. و یک طبقه متوسط با عنوان حقوق بخور و نمیر ایجاد می کند. چون تربیت بازار غیر رسمی باعث شده تا مردم فقط به فکر در امد باشند و به حلال وحرام آن کاری نداشته باشند و خداوند هم برکت را از زندگی انها برداشته. راه حل مشکلات اقتصادی ایران فقط شکر گزاری است زیرا همه چیز در حد وفور است ولی انسان بدلیل عدم شکر گزاری متوجه آن نیست. زیاده خواهی ها و کفران نعمت ها باعث شده هرچه دارند را کم ببینند.

Official and second-hand market

For example, Iranian customs declares that the clothing imported from Turkey is only one billion dollars. But Erdogan or Turkey declare that they have exported 15 billion dollars worth of clothes to Iran. It means that 14 billion dollars of clothing entered Iran from Turkey secretly and far from the eyes of the government, and the same amount of dollars was taken out of Iran (secretly). The same is the case with exports. According to the announcement of the Food and Drug Organization, Iran’s pharmaceutical exports to Afghanistan have decreased greatly! And Iran’s market share in Afghanistan has increased from 60% to 10%. Then the head of the organization will announce the reason! Because the border dwellers smuggle the same medicine to Afghanistan at one-tenth of the price! This movement means the saturation of production in the official and even unofficial market. It means that the officials have made a beta mistake. In order to make the matter clearer, it should be known that in statistics and normal curves, the 5 percent corners are called alpha and beta errors. For example, if a teacher is strict, he commits an alpha mistake. That is, it causes some students to stop studying. And if he finds it easy, he has made a beta mistake, which means that he has caused some people who do not deserve to be promoted. In production, if we pass the normal stage, we will fuel the beta mistake, that is, smuggling. And therefore, you can see that the heavy emphasis on production has caused 8,000 pasta licenses to be issued, which remain silent due to the lack of a market, and 8,000 previous licenses are also turned into smuggling. It means to receive production facilities and subsidies from the government and smuggle them to neighboring countries cheaper than the market price. They usually receive dollars in exchange for smuggling goods. It means that the increase in the price of the dollar means that there is more reverse smuggling. It means that the enemy is trying to empty the treasury of dollars by any means possible. Therefore, the more it is offered in Nima, the higher the price of the dollar will be to sweep everyone away. And this means an increase in liquidity in the monetary and financial market. which goes to the help of the government and covers the budget deficit. Because the supply of dollars has officially increased from 4,200 to 19,000, and the surplus goes to the government’s pocket, because the main supply of dollars is done by the government. The government also pays all the interest and usury to the banks! Therefore, the budget deficit remains because it is involved in the forbidden work and war with God, and the blessing of the government’s money is lost. Therefore, people are also dissatisfied. The reason for people’s dissatisfaction is the request for more subsidies, both in the form of salaries and in cash. Because the salary paid by the government is also forbidden. It gives full salary to an employee who does not work more than one hour a day. And in fact, government use has the status of a relief committee. Therefore, the recruitments are mostly customized and done by the government system itself. and creates a middle class with the title of “eat and never die” rights. Because the upbringing of the informal market has made people only think about it and have nothing to do with its halal and haram, and God has removed the blessing from their lives. The solution to Iran’s economic problems is only gratitude because everything is in abundance, but people do not notice it due to lack of gratitude. Extravagance and blasphemy of blessings have made them see less of what they have.
