به گزارش ایلنا، سردار ابوالفضل شکارچی در گفت‌وگویی رادیویی اظهار کرد: معاونت فرهنگی و تبلیغات دفاعی ستاد کل نیروهای مسلح مسئولیت سنگینی بر دوش من و همکارم است چه در ستاد کل و چه در سازمان نیروهای مسلح و غیره. ما دو کار بسیار اساسی در این ستاد انجام می دهیم، یکی اینکه باید ظرفیت‌های دستگاه‌های فوق را در تقویت جبهه فرهنگی در سطح نیروهای مسلح و ملی، منطقه ای، فرا منطقه‌ای به کار بگیریم که به حمدالله توفیقات خوبی تا الان حاصل شده است.

وی ادامه داد: موضوع دوم این است که باید این ظرفیت را در تعامل با دستگاه‌های فرهنگی کشور هم تقویت کنیم و کمک کنیم به همه دستگاه‌های فرهنگی و ظرفیت هایشان را برای تقویت جبهه فرهنگی انقلاب اسلامی در چند فصلی که عنوان شد به کار بگیریم.

معاون فرهنگی و تبلیغات دفاعی ستاد کل نیروهای مسلح با بیان اینکه یکی از فعالیت‌های مهم ما در حوزه جنگ نرم و جنگ شناختی و کار در حوزه فضایی مجازی است که چهل و چهار قرارگاه در این زمینه فعالیت دارند، اظهار داشت: در سطح راهبردی این مجموعه ها در ۴۲۰ شهر کشور،‌ اقدامات لازم در فضای مجازی را به صورت فعال انجام می دهند.

به گفته شکارچی، اول در حوزه محرومیت‌زدایی، سازندگی و خدمت‌رسانی به مردم است که با استفاده از ظرفیت نیروهای مسلح هم اکنون در خوی و سیستان بلوچستان در کردستان و حتی خارج از کشور برای کمک به مسلمانان در زلزله ترکیه و سوریه فعال هستند.

وی با بیان اینکه این ستاد در حوزه های اجتماعی، فرهنگی، هنر و سایر حوزه های اثرگذار در جنگ نرم فعالیت می کند که یک بخش آن رسانه و تبلیغات دفاعی است، تصریح کرد: نمی‌شود همه اینها را در حوزه فرهنگی و تبلیغات دفاعی تعریف کرد، این کار بسیار گسترده و بسیار موثر است. یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائلی که کشور ما به آن نیاز دارد موضوع فرهنگی و اجتماعی است.

وی افزود: من گلایه می‌کنم از دستگاه‌های فرهنگی کشور که خیلی ساده به مسئولیت‌شان نگاه می‌کنند، از کمیسیون فرهنگی مجلس گرفته تا شورای انقلاب فرهنگی، سازمان‌ها و نهادهایی که مسئولیت دارند و غافل هستند از اینکه یک هجوم همه جانبه از سراسر جهان و کشورهای که با ما دشمنی دارند مثل آمریکا، انگلیس، فرانسه و رژیم جعلی صهیونیستی که ما آن را کشور نمی دانیم، و ایادی‌شان، سازمان‌های منافقین، سلطنت‌طلب‌ها، همه دست به دست هم داده اند تا یک هجوم همه جانبه به فرهنگ دینی و ملی ما داشته باشند.

وی اضافه کرد: باید حوزه تربیت را در کنار حوزه آموزش در اولویت قرار بدهیم، چه در سطح آموزش و پرورش، دانشگاه‌های، مراکز علمی آموزشی و هر جایی که جوانان در صحنه‌های حضور دارند، دوم جهاد تببین. بارهای رهبری تاکید کردند که بهترین حربه و بهترین شیوه مقابله با دشمن و آزادسازی فکر و اندیشه از چنگال استکبار جهانی، جهاد تببین است. این باید به صورت یک نهضت تبدیل شود، باید همه دستگاه‌های به مقوله جهاد تببین اهمیت بدهند.

به گفته شکارچی، گفتمان ما با جوانان امروز باید متناسب با ذوق سلیقه‌شان باشد، با تجربه ها نباید از نسل جوان فاصله بگیرند، جوانان پر انرژی عاقلی که خیلی انقلابی هستند، باید به این چشم به جوانان نگاه کنیم، بعد متوجه می شویم نیاز جوان ما چقدر است، تحمیل اراده بر جوانان ما بر هر شکلی ممکن است جواب ندهد.
