حقوق های نجومی باعث گرانی و تورم
برخی مواقع حل مشکلات آنقدر ساده است که هیچ کس باور نمی کند. مثلا یکی از دلایل مهم بی عدالتی و گرانی و تورم و بیکاری و همه مشکلات فعلی ایران فقط حقوق های نجومی است. این موضوع به دو دلیل اصلی باور کردنی نیست: یکی مخفی بودن آنها، دوم زیاد بودن آنها. مثلا هم فکر می کنند فقط مدیر عامل سایپا نجومی بگیر است یا فلان کارمند وزارت نفت! در حالیکه دو میلیون نفر بالای ۳۵میلیون درامد دارند. حدود پنج هزار پزشک هست که بالای صد میلیون دستمزد رسمی آنها است پورسانت اتاق عمل و سود ساخت و ساز های خارج از عرف او که جای خود دارد. یا در وزارت خارجه همه سفرا و کاردارها و اگرچه فیش رسمی آنها نشان نمی دهد ولی برای حفظ آبروی ایران به انواع اقسام دریافت های دلاری مخفی و اشکار حمایت می شوند. اعضا ایرانی سازمان های بین المللی و امثال آن هم بالغ بر ۵هزار نفر می شوند. قضات و کارکنان عالیرتبه قوه قضائیه هم برای حفظ آبروی نظام و دست پاک شدن در قضاوت حقوق نجومی می گیرند. ۲۲تا وزارتخانه داریم سه تا قوه داریم که حقوق نجومی می گیرند. نهاد های امنیتی و نظامی و به دلیل ماموریت های سخت تامین امنیت همیشه مورد پولپاشی هستند. و این علاوه بر حق الکشف و غیره هست. نیروهای نظامی ، اطلاعات و ضد اطلاعات، برای اینکه کمبودی حس نکنند و پول دشمن آنها را فریب ندهد. مخترعین و مکتشفین و دانش بنیان و هکر و و ماهواره و ..طبیعتا نباید کمتر از بقیه بگیرند. اینها تازه کسانی هستند که رسما از بودجه می گیرند و ۹۸درصد بودجه کشور همین دستمزدها و اضافه کارهای پنهان در پروژه های عمرانی و غیره است. تازه می رسیم به شرکتهای دولتی، مناظق ویژه و مناطق ازاد و واردات و صادرات و تدارکات و خرید خارجی و غیره که دیگر حقوق نجومی برای انها پول خرد است. فقط یک پارتی کالای اساسی! هفت پشت آنها را تامین می کند. و تازه بازهم اینها بودجه شرکتهای دولتی است که سه برابر بودجه کل کشور است. و ۹۸ درصد بودجه شرکتهای دولتی هم دستمزد و حقوق و پاداش مستتر در هزینه های عمرانی! و خرید کالاهای اساسی. حالا این دومیلیون نفر متوسط صد میلیون بگیرند، یعنی ۹۸درصد بودجه کل کشور را می بلعند. و لذا دولت مجبور می شود لایحه رتبه بندی را پس بگیرد. به همین خاطر پیشنهاد می شود برای جبران کسری بودجه فقط حقوق های نجومی را رصد کنند. و تازه همه اینها یک طرف! موضوع مهم تر اینکه فکرمی کنند حقوق های نجومی باخجالت و رودربایستی همراه است ولی اینطور نیست طرف برای اثبات نجومی بگیر بودن خودش خرید های خفن انجام می دهد! گرانترین ماشین ها و گرانترین خانه ها در داخل و خارج برای اوست. در رقابت و چشم و همچشی آنها همین بس که خودروهای خارجی تا ده برابر قیمت را بدون چانه زدن می خرند، چه رسد به خودروهای داخلی که فله ای می خرند تا زوج و فرد شامل نشوند. و بچه های انها در سعادت آباد کنار دریا و جاده ها دور دور کنند. و در عروسی هایشان دلار پخش کنند و یا سکه بر سر عروس و داماد بریزند. و لذا نوبت به حقوق بگیر های ساده نمی رسد تا خانه یا و ماشین و سکه و یا دلار بخرند. برای اثبات میزان تاثیر آنها، کافی است از مدیران مالی شروع کنید: همه مدیران مالی باید همه دریافتیهای خود را به همراه لیست مدیران عالی و مدیران عامل و اعضا هیات مدیره و هیات امنا و موسسات خیریه و غیره را اعلام کنند. یا بهتر است که داراییهای خود را اعلام کنند تا معلوم شود: آسمان زر نباریده به سرش، یا خودش دزد بوده یا پدرش. والبته این کار شدنی نیست! چون دست همه در یک کاسه است، و لذا گرانی آن برای مردم.
