دنبال آپارتاید در چین و آفریقا و اروپا نگردید هرچند در انجا هم وجود دارد ولی موجودی است که سروکله اش در ایران پیدا می شود! منتهی برعکس آن است. در افریقا آپارتاید یعنی جدا نگهداشتن سفید پوستان! ولی در ایران یعنی جدا نگهداشتن اوباما و کاملا هریس و رایس و غیره! چون در فتنه ۸۸ آمران اصلی اوباما و باند او بود و موسوی و دیگران مجری بودند. متاسفانه قانون در مورد مجری اجرا شد ولی آمرین آن تبرئه شدند. اکنون در پرونده ترامپ هم همینطور است با اینکه آمرین و قاتلین اصلی شهید سلیمانی ترامپ و باند او هستند، همه را کنار گذاشتند دنبال چند سیاهپوست مجری رفتند که به راحتی میتواند بگوید من مامور بودم و معذور و تبرئه شود. و درطول انقلاب اسلامی این آپارتاید به اشکال مختلف دیده می شود: عوامل داخلی و مامور آنها به بدترین شکل مجازات می شوند ولی آمرین اصلی در کاخهای شیشه ای همچنان در فکر قتل و ترور دیگری هستند. حتی اگر داخلی هم بوده به خارج فرار کند، از مجازات در امان است. و این نابرابری در اجرای قانون به چشم هیچکس هم نمی اید و اگر بیاید، آن را حق خارجی ها می داند. یعنی کاپیتولاسیون ذهنی! چرا؟ چون کاپیتولاسیون در سال ۱۳۵۸در شورای انقلاب الغا شد. ولی اجرا نشد. چون تعداد لیبرالها در شورای انقلاب در اکثریت بود لذا هیچگاه جهت اجرا به قوه مقننه و مجریه و قضائیه ابلاغ نشد. در حالیکه مردم مرگ بر امریکا می گفتند آنها به آمریکا مهاجرت کرده و حامی آمریکا بودند و مردم را از این شعار منع می کردند. ریشه اپارتاید به تاریخ برمی گردد: بین ارباب و رعیت، بین کشاورز و زمین دار، بین شاه و گدا و بین کارگر و سرمایه دار.. اما دوره قانونی شدن آن در تمدن جدید بیشتر به آفریقای جنوبی برمی گردد. در ایران هم از قدیم بوده است: طبقات در زمان قبل از اسلام باعث جدایی بین مردم می شد. در دوران اسلام نیز اعراب خود را برتر از ایرانی می دانستند. و ایرانی ها را موالی خطاب می کردند. بعد ایرانیها ترکها را بجای اعراب بکار گرفتند و لذا موالی جدید بوجود آمد. در دوران جدید تقریبا می توان گفت از ابادان شروع شد. جاییکه در کنار رستورانها و مکانهای مهم می نوشتند ورود ایرانی ممنوع است. و تقریبا تا قبل از انقلاب اسلامی این روش ادامه داشت حتی در نیروی هوایی که ساخته پرداخته خود آمریکاییها بود، مناطقی در داخل پادگان وجود داشت که ورود ایرانی ها ممنوع بود. اما قانونی شدن آن طی دو مرحله، مرحله اول توسط روسها بود که در معاهده های ننگین ذکر کرده بودند دادگاههای ایران حق ندارد تبعه روس را محاکمه کند و باید به سفارت معرفی می رکد تا اگر لازم شد در داخل روسیه تزاری به جرم آنها رسیدگی شود. و معمولا جایزه می گرفتند. البته این معاهده در سال ۱۹۲۱ بعد از انقلاب اکتبر لغو شد و حاکمیت ایران تا کوزو و صربستان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در مورد آمریکاییها نیز در سال ۱۳۴۱قانونی را بنام کاپیتولاسیون به مجلس بردند که با اعتراض مردم به رهبری امام خمینی روبرو شد ولی لغو نشد تا اینکه بعد از پیروزی انقلاب لغو شد. اما هیچکدام اجرایی نشد. علت آن را در وابستگی شدید دولتی ها به روس و انگلیس و آمریکا باید جستجو کرد. زیرا آنها افرادی را انتخاب و بعنوان تحصیل بورسیه می کردند تا بعدا به ایران برگردند و مصدر امور شوند. و تقریبا دولتها در دوران قاجار و پهلوی حتی در دوران جمهوری اسلامی در دست این افراد بود. لذا حافظ منافع آنها بودند. کمونیست ها مانند بهزاد نبوی و طبری و سعادتی به یک سو امیرانتظام و یزدی به سوی آمریکا و حسن روحانی ودیگران بسوی انگلیس و بنی صدر و دوستانش به سوی فرانسه تمایل داشتند. لذا همه خارجی ها از محاکمه و کجازات در امان بودند.
