تئوری حاکمیتی اسلام بعد از چهل سال هنوز تدوین و به روز نشده است و حکمرانان ترجیح می دهند بر همان ورق پاره های غربی که برمبنای ماکیاولیسم و نیهلیسم است، امور خود را رفع و رجوع کنند! مسئله بیکاری و تورم و یا ازدواج و اشتغال در حکمرانی غربی با حکمرانی اسلامی فرق دارد. از نظر غربی هرچه ازدواج کمتر باشد بهتر است و برای همین دایره های فساد اخلاقی هر روز بیشتر می شود تا جوانان کمتر به ازدواج بیاندیشند. از نظر اشتغال هم به همین شکل است هرچه بیکاری بیشتر باشد برای نظام غربی بهتر است زیرا بیگاری بیشتری میتواند داشته باشد. به همین جهت تحصیلات را وسیله قرار داده و تا پایان دکترا! شخص اجازه اشتغال یا ازدواج ندارد بعد هم بهانه های جدید مانند اینکه تخصص ندارند یا آمادگی ندارند و یا امثال ان بازهم مدت را بیشتر می کنند. و اینها از نظر حکمرانی اسلامی جرم است. پیامبر فرمود از جوان بیکار متنفرم! و یا فرمود فرشته های زمین و آسمان فرد مجرد را لعن می کنند. لذا دنبال راه حل اسلامی در متون غربی گشتن مانند این است که به قصابی برای دارو مراجعه کنند. اصول حاکمیتی اسلام در قران به صراحت بیان شده: ان الارض لله زمین مال خداست. زمین که گفته می شود یعنی ۵۱۰میلیون کیلومتر مربع خشکی و ۱و نیم میلیارد کیلومترمربع آب. زیرا که مساحت خشکی ها یک چهارم آبها است (ربع مسکون) پس اگر جمعیت جهان ۷میلیارد باشد به هر نفر ۹۰۰متر مربع زمین می رسد. جکومت الهی وظیفه دارد این مقدار را به مردم بدهد. اگر کسی ۹۰۰متر مربع زمین داشته باشد،که برای خانواده ۱۱نفره یک هکتار می شود، آیا بیکاری و تورم معنی می دهد؟ اصل دوم حکمرانی همین را می گوید که کشاورزان گنج های یک ملت هستند. و زمین مادر انسان است و همه نیاز های انسان را در خود دارد. این اصل در سیاست خارجی هم کار برد دارد وقتی همه زمین مال خدا باشد یعنی همه دنیا مال ایران است. زیرا خداوند فرموده هرچه در دنیا هست برای بشر خلق کردم. و بشر خلیفه خدا در روی زمین است. سلسله مراتب این حکمرانی و مدیریت خدایی هم تعریف شده: اطیعوالله و اطیعواالرسول و اولی الامر منکم: حق مدیریت برای خداست وخدا آن را به رسول تفویض فرموده و رسول هم آن را به ولی امر یا ولی فقیه. در این خصوص از نظر مطالعه و اطلاعات هیچ کس مخالف نیست، ولی با دانستن آن، هیچ چیزی تغییر نمی کند بلکه باید آن را به برنامه تبدیل کرد. حکمرانی ولی فقیه در این تئوری جهانی است. محدود کردن آن به یک کشور یا یک قبیله ظلم به دیگران است. همانطور که پیامبر رحمت للعالمین است و یا خدا ارحم الراحمین است یعنی برای همه جهانیان است. در اندیشه سکولارمذهبی! حکمرانان ایرانی متاسفانه جهان بینی از ائدئولوژی جدا افتاده. جهان بینی را همه پذیرفته که زمین مال خدا است و حکومت از ان خدا است و .. ولی در (باید ها و نباید) آن را انکار می کنند: مالکیت خصوصی و تعاونی و دولتی را برضد مالکیت خدا درست می کنند. لذا منابع دولتی (انفال) پس انداز می شود. یعنی به مردم داده نمی شود. مالکیت خصوصی انحصاری می شود و و تعاونی هم گوشه ای را برای خود به دارایی منجمد تبدیل می کند. برای اینکه زمین کسی از او گرفته نشود چند درخت در ان می کارد! یا مراتع در دست دولت بماند تابلو می زنند یا تعاونی سوله نیمه کار می زند. یعنی همه هزینه می کنند برای اینکه پس انداز کنند. در حالیکه ماهیت این واگذاری ها ایجاد ثروت وسرمایه گذاری و اشتغال است. باید زمین های دولتی را به بیکاران بدهند. حتی زمین های خصوصی و تعاونی که: صوری استفاده می شود باید مصادره و توسط بیکاران اباد شود

لم یتم صیاغه نظریه السیاده الإسلامیه وتحدیثها بعد أربعین عاما، والحکام یفضلون تسویه أمورهم على نفس قطعه من الورق الغربیه التی تقوم على مکیافیلیه والعدمیه! موضوع البطاله والتضخم أو الزواج والتوظیف فی الحکم الغربی یختلف عن الحکم الإسلامی. من وجهه النظر الغربیه ، کلما قل الزواج کان ذلک أفضل ، ولهذا السبب تتزاید دوائر الفساد الأخلاقی کل یوم حتى لا یفکر الشباب فی الزواج. وینطبق الشیء نفسه فیما یتعلق بالتوظیف ، فکلما زادت البطاله کان ذلک أفضل بالنسبه للنظام الغربی لأنه یمکن أن یکون لدیه المزید من العماله القسریه. لذلک اجعل التعلیم وسیله وحتى نهایه الدکتوراه! لا یجوز للإنسان أن یعمل أو یتزوج ، ثم أعذار جدیده مثل عدم الخبره أو عدم الاستعداد أو ما فی حکمه تطیل المده. وهذه جرائم من وجهه نظر الحکم الإسلامی. قال النبی: أکره الشباب العاطل! أو قال أن ملائکه السماء والأرض تلعن العزاب. لذلک فإن البحث عن حل إسلامی فی النصوص الغربیه یشبه الذهاب إلى جزار من أجل الطب. إن مبادئ السیاده الإسلامیه مذکوره بوضوح فی القرآن: الأرض لله. یقال إن مساحه الأرض تبلغ ۵۱۰ ملایین کیلومتر مربع من الأرض و ۱.۵ ملیار کیلومتر مربع من المیاه. لأن مساحه الأرض هی ربع المیاه (الحی السکنی) ، فإذا کان عدد سکان العالم ۷ ملیارات ، سیصل لکل شخص ۹۰۰ متر مربع من الأرض. من واجب الحکومه الإلهیه أن تعطی هذا المبلغ للشعب. إذا کان لدى شخص ما ۹۰۰ متر مربع من الأرض ، أی هکتار واحد لأسره مکونه من ۱۱ فردًا ، فهل یعنی ذلک البطاله والتضخم؟ المبدأ الثانی للحکم یقول أن الفلاحین هم کنوز الأمه. والأرض هی أم الإنسان وفیها کل حاجات الإنسان. وینطبق هذا المبدأ أیضًا فی السیاسه الخارجیه عندما تکون الأرض کلها لله ، أی أن العالم کله ملک لإیران. لأن الله قال إنی خلقت کل شیء فی العالم للبشر. والإنسان خلیفه الله على الأرض. کما تحدد هرمیه هذه القاعده والإداره الإلهیه: طاعه الله وطاعه الرسول وأول ما أفعله: حق التدبیر لله ، وقد فوضه الله للنبی ، وأعطاها النبی صلى الله علیه وسلم. الوصی أو المرشد الأعلى. فی هذا الصدد ، لا یختلف أحد فی الدراسه والمعلومات ، ولکن مع العلم أن لا شیء یتغیر ، ولکن یجب تحویلها إلى برنامج. حکم المرشد الأعلى فی هذه النظریه عالمی. حصرها فی بلد واحد أو قبیله واحده هو قسوه على الآخرین. ولما کان الرسول رحمه للعالمین أو الله رحمه الرحیم أی فهو لکل العالمین. فی الفکر الدینی العلمانی! الحکام الإیرانیون لسوء الحظ ، فإن النظره العالمیه منفصله عن الأیدیولوجیه. وقد قبلت الجمیع النظره بأن الأرض ملک الله والحکومه ینتمی إلى الله، و… ولکن فی ویجب عدم) ینکرون ذلک: لأنها تخلق الملکیه الخاصه والتعاونیه والدوله ضد الممتلکات الله. لذلک ، یتم حفظ الموارد الحکومیه (الأنفال). أی أنها لا تُعطى للشعب. تصبح الملکیه الخاصه احتکارًا ، وتتحول التعاونیه إلى أصول مجمده لنفسها. یغرس فیها بعض الأشجار حتى لا یأخذ أحد أرضه! إما أن تُترک المراعی فی أیدی الحکومه أو أن تعاونیه الصوامع تعمل بدوام جزئی. هذا هو ، الجمیع ینفق للادخار. فی حین أن طبیعه هذه التحویلات هی خلق الثروه والاستثمار والتوظیف. یجب علیهم إعطاء الأراضی الحکومیه للعاطلین عن العمل. حتى الأراضی الخاصه والتعاونیه: المستخدمه رسمیًا ، یجب مصادرتها وتسویتها من قبل العاطلین عن العمل

A una persona no se le permite trabajar ni casarse, y luego nuevas excusas como no tener experiencia o no estar preparado, o cosas por el estilo, prolongan el período. Y estos son crímenes desde el punto de vista del gobierno islámico. El Profeta dijo: “¡Odio a los jóvenes desempleados!” O dijo que los ángeles del cielo y la tierra maldicen a la persona soltera. Por lo tanto, buscar una solución islámica en los textos occidentales es como ir a un carnicero por una medicina. Los principios de la soberanía islámica están claramente establecidos en el Corán: La tierra pertenece a Dios. Se dice que la tierra significa 510 millones de kilómetros cuadrados de tierra y 1,5 mil millones de kilómetros cuadrados de agua. Debido a que la superficie terrestre es una cuarta parte del agua (barrio residencial), si la población mundial es de 7 mil millones, cada persona alcanzará los 900 metros cuadrados de tierra. El gobierno divino tiene el deber de dar esta cantidad al pueblo. Si alguien tiene 900 metros cuadrados de terreno, que es una hectárea para una familia de 11, ¿significa desempleo e inflación? El segundo principio de gobernanza dice que los agricultores son los tesoros de una nación. Y la tierra es la madre del hombre y tiene todas las necesidades del hombre. Este principio también se aplica en política exterior cuando toda la tierra pertenece a Dios, es decir, todo el mundo pertenece a Irán. Porque Dios dijo que yo creé todo en el mundo para los seres humanos. Y el hombre es el califa de Dios en la tierra. La jerarquía de esta regla y gestión divina también se define: Obediencia a Dios y obediencia al Mensajero y lo primero que hago: El derecho de gestión es para Dios y Dios se lo ha delegado al Profeta y el Profeta se lo ha dado al Profeta. Guardián o Líder Supremo. Al respecto, nadie está en desacuerdo en cuanto al estudio y la información, pero sabiendo eso, nada cambia, pero hay que convertirlo en un programa. Si bien la naturaleza de estas transferencias es la creación de riqueza, inversión y empleo. Deberían dar tierras gubernamentales a los desempleados. Incluso las tierras privadas y cooperativas que se utilizan formalmente deben ser confiscadas y colonizadas por los desempleados.
