از اینکه سازمان پدافند غیر عامل جدید است، دلیل نمی شود خود را به خواب زده، از دنیا عقب باشد. از سال ۸۲ که بوجود آمد چقدر بودجه هزینه کرده؟ و چقدر کار کرده؟ مانند اربش زمان پهلوی، همیشه خرج می برد، ولی موقع جنگ غافلگیر می شد! یا بی طرفی اعلام می کرد. ویروس کرونا حداقل ۴۰سال شنلخته شده است، و همیشه هم احتمال استفاده بعنوان سلاح بیولوژیکی، در آن مطرح بوده اما پدافند چه کرده؟ می گوید بگذارید بعدا صحبت کنیم. اتفاقا الان موقع جبران است، حداقل از اینجا به بعد را بخواب نرود! یکی از جاهاییکه باید حساس باشد، مسئله واردات است. واردات از دو سو سلاح جنگی است: یکی ظاهر ان بعنوان دشمن تولید داخل، دیگری باطن آن بعنوان سرپوشی برای حملات بیولوژیک است. در مورد اول ارقام و امار را دست کاری می کنند، و در مورد دوم انتقال بیماری را به عهده دارند تا: سربازان و پشت جبهه را هراسان کرده، پیروزی های انان را به فراموشی بسپارند. مانند پیروزی ها در ادلب، که ترکیه با بستن آب بر روی این مردم، کام آنها را از پیروزی ها تلخ کرد. آنها امروز با مسدله تشنگی و جان باختن از تشنگی در گیر هستند، ارزو می کنند که سوریه ادلب را رها کند تا ترکیه، آب را بر روی انها باز کند. چرا این موضوع به ساده را برخی ها درک نمی کنند؟ علتش آن است که یک سازمان نظام مدیریتی وجود ندارد، تا مانع مدیر شدن افرادی شوند: که لایق نیستند. برخلاف تصورات کلاسیک و سکولاری، مدیران نیازی به تخصص فنی ندارند.آنها فنون مدیریت را بدانند کافی است. سیاستگذاری، اجرای خط مشی، تعیین اهداف و برنامه ها. که فقط در دروس مدیریت است. لذا اگر پزشک مدیر شود، به دلیل دانش بالا و هوش زیاد، دچار غرور می شود و از درک مسائل ساده باز می ماند. کمک دولت آمریکا به ایران برای کرونا، یک کمک عادی نیست. دشمن که ناگهان دوست و پسرخاله شود، هر کسی می فهمد که منظور بدی دارد. ولی دکترای روابط بین الملل یا دکترای پزشکی و امثال آن، این موضوع را نمی فهمند، یعنی اصلا اهمیت نمی دهند! آن را خارج از عرف می دانند. معتقدند یا اینطور نشان می دهند که: سوگند پزشکی یا سوگند به قانون اساسی، مانع سوء استفاده می شود. لذا اصلا فکر انحرافی به خود راه نمی دهند. دشمن هم از همین ساده انگاری انها استفاده می کند. فرانسه کشوری بدتر از امریکا است، ماکرون حتی به مردم خود رحم نمی کند، بعد از سفیر ایران در پاریس باید پرسید: ایشان به چه عنوانی کمک کرونایی به ایران می دهند؟ آیا از مردم خود می دزدند؟ آیا از دشمن کردن مردم فرانسه با مردم ایران لذت می برد؟ یا اینکه مواد کرونایی را به جای: مواد ضد کرونایی قالب کرده، تا بیماری را بیشتر و آمار کشتار مردم ایران بالاتر شود؟ ویروس ایدز را مگر فرانسه وارد ایران نکرد؟ پدافند بداند هر نوع کمک در این شرایط، مخصوصا از طرف دشمنان، باید زیر ذره بین باشد. علاوه بر ویروس کرونا، آنها ویروس بدبینی را هم تزریق می کنند. مردم فرانسه می گویند: ما خودمان نیاز داریم، از سر سفره ما می دزدند. مردم ایران هم می گویند: مسئولان ایرانی چقدر حقیر هستند، که به کمک دشمن خودهم نیازمندند. ویروس دوم کشنده تر است، و برای همین است سی سال است که: رهبری انقلاب موضوع تولید و اقتصاد را تکرار می کند. زیرا ویروس ناتوانی، رهبران جامعه را هم گمراه می کند. خودباوری را مطرح می کنند، ولی بر اثر تبلیغات دشمنان، فکر می کنند در حد یک شعار است. در حالیکه مردم ان را اجرا کرده اند. ولی اجرای ان بگوش مسئولین نمی رسد. برعکس، ضعف و نتوانستن و گدا و گرسنه بودن مردم، بگوش می رسد.
